I have a date tonight and have an embedded tonsil stone? How do I remove it?

I've tried a spoon, cue tip, tooth pick, you name it. It makes me gag and it's starting to give me a stomach ache. It's a little big and sort of hard to see. Every time I push on it, it sinks into the hole, but then pops back up. What do I do?? This is so embarrassing and gives me not so good breath.. :S
