Updated firefox at work, now sites are blocked?

I updated my Windows XP's firefox at work and now everything is blocked. If I try to go to anything but my works website it blocks it, redirecting me to (myworkswebsite)/stopsign.htm. It didn't do this before the update so why did it cause it to start blocking everything? And how can I fix it?
