Eye contact issues??

ok guys ive never had this problem until i read the symptoms list for aspergers. I dont exhibit really any of the symptoms besides eye contact, im very social, get sarcasm jokes all that, have no problem picking up on social cues, i do obsess over things but its alot of things not just one and i dont talk about them to my friends at all. But my problem is eye contact my mom said i made excellent eye contact as a kid but ever since i can remember eye contact has been uncomfortable i feel like im being judged and now this strange feeling just came on after i read the sypmtoms for aspergers. I have Adhd and ocd Dx when i was 10 but ive recently had this problem with eye contact when i look people in the eyes its like looking at the sun that feeling of like an electric zap obvisouly its not that intense but its like a tingly feeling and idk how to explain it but even when i think about eye contact in my mind i get it and i feel like i cant stare at anything for too long the feeling i get when i look into people eye is like when somehting gets put infront of your face too close that sort of tingly third eye feeling sort of like that does anybody have insight on this
