Why is it every time you try to help some one YOU take it in the ___?

I /we my wife and i tried to help her son who was bankrupt and pretty much destitute get into My house!. we signed a contract for three years to allow him to make payments to build his credit. he did pretty well late from the the 4th of the month dead line we gave him all the time but on time for the bank of the 15th, of the month till January /1 /2011 then w had to start to make payments to save our credit! He says pretty much tough luck get an attorney and through me out it's been 2.5 yrs there is allot more family things involved but in this situation only what should I do ? I've started eviction notices and. contacted attorneys I'm looking for anyoneone eles that has been in this situation PLEASE$ HELP!!!Please share you feelings with Troy Kartchner
