How can you make a judge follow the law?

in the findal judgement of my divorce a stipulation that if the wife found amything of value that the husband had not put on his asset list; that money, land, car whatever automatically became the property of the wife. When I submitted two undisclosed assets in court; the judge failed to even address the assets, even though the ballif made copies for him. Actually, I am very unsure that my divorce is even legal and I can find no attorney willing to help me since I came out of the divorce destitute (which is also against TN law - especially after 30 years of marriage!). I do not know what I need to file for justice to see and be seen.
