Can anyone help me to trace an image made of my mother in the late '40s for Care Packages?

After WWII, a charity I think was called Care Packages sought donations from American citizens to send food, other provisions, maybe even money to Europe to help the wartorn destitute of Europe during it's reconstruction. One day, a stranger approached my mother when she was in kindergarten, took a (actually quite nice) photograph of her. She provided the photographer with her name and address. When she got home and told my grandparents, they were furious and punished her for giving out that information to a stranger. A bad idea at any time, but especially after the chaos of war. Months later they received in the mail a copy of the image and it came from Care Packages. How can I find out if Care Packages actually used this image for mailers, posters, or whatever. Are there archives from Care Packages? Any information would be helpful. Thank you. If you need additional info, i will monitor this question, or please contact.
