I want to sue my husband's mistress, mother and employer for interference. Can I?

Sorry for your loss but I'd bet my last dollar the reasons you think are not what really happened. You seem to want to make this everyone elses fault except the ones who are really guilty. As for suing. You can try but I'd doubt you'll get anywhere. Most courts are going to tell you right off your husband didn't have to take it out of his pants.
