The catastrophic course the USA is on you think its caused by the wealthy or the destitute of the USA?

A perfect example of this is Europe. Everybody always says oh europe has this much welfare and health care reform BUT they also don't mention it's high unemployment rate. This is an example of somewere where the hardworking individuals carry those who don't wish to put in their efforts just because the whole population wants to live a certain lifestyle. Everyone is taxed heavily and doesn't get compensatedfor the real effort you put into your work.
